Delete your Calli account

Calli by TeaTime Studio

You can permanently delete your Calli account and all associated data at any time. This is irreversible.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open Calli and go to Settings.

  2. Tap Delete account.

  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account and all data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have Calli installed, email support@teatime.works from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and data on your behalf. We aim to process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile (name, email) and sign-in identity

  • All events, tasks, and recurring-series exceptions

  • Task completion history

  • Your app settings (theme, week start, display name)

  • Your subscription/entitlement records held by Calli

This deletion is complete and permanent — no deleted data is retained.

A note about subscriptions

Deleting your Calli account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription, because billing is managed by Google Play. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
