Tea Time Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built Calli (“the App”) as a calendar and task management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Calli, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account using Google Sign-In (or, in the future, Apple Sign-In or email/password), we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture. We use this information to create and maintain your account. OAuth tokens are exchanged during the sign-in process and are not stored by the App.
Calendar and Task Data
Calli stores the events and tasks you create, including titles, descriptions, dates, recurrence rules, reminders, and task completion status. If you choose to add a location to an event, we also store the street address and geographic coordinates you select.
App Preferences
We store your display name, preferred theme, and week start day to personalize your experience.
Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Calli Plus, we store your subscription status (free or Plus), plan type, and expiration date. All purchase transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through our subscription management partner, RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment method or billing details.
Diagnostic Data
When the App encounters an unexpected error or crash, a diagnostic report is automatically sent to our crash reporting service (Sentry). These reports include technical details such as error messages, stack traces, the app version, and navigation context. If you are signed in, your user ID and email address may be included to help us investigate the issue. Passwords, authentication tokens, and other secrets are automatically redacted from all reports.
Location Data
Calli accesses your device location only when you actively use the location search feature to find an address for an event. Location data is sent to Mapbox to return search results. We do not track your location in the background for any purpose.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and sync your calendar and tasks across your devices
Authenticate your identity and secure your account
Manage your Calli Plus subscription
Diagnose and fix technical problems
Help you search for and attach locations to your events
Remember your display preferences
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate the App. Each service receives only the data necessary for its function.
Supabase serves as our cloud infrastructure provider, hosting your account, calendar data, and preferences. Supabase enforces row-level security so that each user can only access their own data. supabase.com/privacy
RevenueCat manages in-app subscriptions. It receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase information from Apple or Google. revenuecat.com/privacy
Google Sign-In handles authentication when you sign in with your Google account. Google receives the standard OAuth information necessary to verify your identity. policies.google.com/privacy
Sentry receives crash reports and error diagnostics so we can identify and fix bugs. Reports may include your user ID and email address, but secrets and tokens are automatically redacted. sentry.io/privacy
Mapbox provides location search and geocoding. When you search for an address, your search query and device coordinates (if you have granted location permission) are sent to Mapbox. mapbox.com/legal/privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored both locally on your device and in the cloud (Supabase). The App is designed to work offline, syncing changes when a connection is available.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies that restrict data access to the authenticated user, and secure credential storage on your device. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account. When you delete an event or task, it is initially soft-deleted and then permanently purged from our servers after approximately 15 days.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App’s Settings. When you delete your account, all associated data — including events, tasks, preferences, and subscription records — is permanently deleted from our servers. Local data on your device is also cleared.
You may also sign out of the App at any time, which clears all locally stored data from your device.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Correct inaccurate personal information
Withdraw consent for optional data processing

7. Children’s Privacy
Calli is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
